CHN Housing Partners is offering Property Tax Assistance to those who qualify.
PROGRAM DETAILS: CHN’s Property Tax Assistance Program is designed to prevent displacement and foreclosure of homeowners when that default is due to an inability to pay property taxes due to a pandemic-related hardship. PROGRAM QUALIFICATION: Assistance is available for households who have experienced a COVID-19 financial hardship after January 21, 2020. The property must serve as the owner's primary residence.
