3. How long can this decorative fence be?: Total length of fence should not exceed 60% of the house foundation width.

4. Where in the front yard can I put this decorative fence?: The fence shall be no further than 8 feet from the front of the house foundation wall (excluding front stairs).

5. Does the decorative fence have to be made of wood?: No, decorative fences of plastic, metal, or wood such as picket, slat and split rail may be built. Other types may require Board of Zoning Appeals approval.
